Lead Filters in LionDesk

Although we've set up your LionDesk Contacts screen to show you the most important lead information at once, you'll often find yourself wanting to look at specific kinds of leads. To do this, click the Filter Contacts dropdown at the top of the page:

LionDesk has a simple explanation of how each filter works here. Once you click apply, you'll only see your filtered contacts, and you can save a filter for later use if you'd like as well with the Save button. Once your list is filtered, you'll see a large red button above the contacts that allows you to remove these filters as well. This combines with Bulk Actions and your PowerDialer add-on to save you tons of time!
