Communicating with Leads in LionDesk

LionDesk gives you more communication options for your leads than ever before! If you're in a lead's profile, you can click to email and text them, and with a LionDesk phone number add-on, click to call is available as well.

When emailing or texting, you'll have access to all of Ylopo's email and text templates, as well as the ability to create your own in the Marketing section. With email, you can add images, attachments, and videos! If you've paid for the video text add-on, you can send video texts as well.

You can also send bulk emails, texts, or use the PowerDialer add-on to auto-dial your calls, which we'll cover in the Bulk Actions article.
