Log into Ylopo Stars with Follow Up Boss

To access Ylopo Stars, you must first have login credentials sent to you by Ylopo. To get new credentials, or if you are having difficulty using your existing credentials, please email  [e-mail]. 

Ylopo Stars must be accessed through an individual's lead file in Follow Up Boss. To get there, click on the lead's name: 

Once there, you have three options for accessing Stars. 

Option 1: Scroll down the page until you see "Website Activity" on the right-hand side. Click "View in Ylopo Stars". 

Option 2: Toward the top of the lead's detail page, there is what we call a "Pinned Note". In that note you will see details of the leads most recent home search activity, and links to different pages within Ylopo Stars. Those links are shortcuts to specific functions in Stars: Send Push Listings; Edit Listing Alert; View Browsing History. You can click on any of those links to get to Stars. 

Option 3: Lastly, we have a Custom Field in Follow Up Boss with each lead's Ylopo Stars Link. This is visible on the left side of the leads detail page, or you can add the Ylopo Stars Link as a column on one of your People Lists.
