How does Ylopo's Facebook Remarketing work?
Ylopo's Facebook Remarketing is an integral part of your comprehensive marketing strategy with us. Instead of generating a new lead, it's a very effective and cost-efficient way to re-engage leads and people who have clicked on our ads but never registered. We can remarket to leads that are Ylopo-generated, from an old database, another lead source, or even your sphere of influence!

A remarketing ad, as in the example below, will show the lead a dynamic feed of listings that will appear in their Facebook feed, usually at least once a day. The homes shown will change based on what's currently available in your market, if the lead has seen the homes before, and any prior search activity on your home search site.
When the lead clicks, they are directed to your home search site to begin searching, and will automatically be logged in if they've already registered on the site. You'll receive a Priority Lead notification when this happens, in addition to any Priority Lead notification triggered by the search activity itself. If a lead has not previously registered on your site, we'll ask them a series of registration questions when they arrive:
Types of Remarketing
We offer a few different types of remarketing ads for different audiences and purposes:
General Remarketing - This type encourages leads from any source to visit or revisit your home search site
Facebook Page Remarketing - If you allow us admin access to a Facebook page you own, we can remarket to anyone who has liked this page, although we only recommend this if the page is well-liked. To request this campaign, please email email@example.com.
Property-specific Remarketing - We can create a remarketing ad to show a specific home to a group of your leads. To request this campaign, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Video or other Branding Remarketing - Instead of our dynamic feed of homes, we can feature a video or other branded content for this type of remarketing, although we find that listing-based remarketing usually performs better when re-engaging leads.
