The Seller Marketing Report is your key to keeping your sellers informed and happy. The short video below will give you an overview of this useful resource.
For your own reference, here’s a breakdown of what the Seller Marketing Report contains:
- At the top of the report, images from the listing are displayed.
- Below the images, the report shows the most recent ad results.
- The numbers on the left in grey are what the ad results have been for the last 30 days.
- The numbers on the right in green are a 30 day forecast based on current ad performance. The forecast gives the seller hope that you will continue on with your marketing expertise.
Here are the ad stats and their definition that are displayed for both the DyVA Listing Rocket and the Carousel Listing Rocket for a specific listing:
People who saw Your Ad: Number of times your ad was seen
People who Watched Your Video: Number of times the video was watched
People who Expressed Interest: Number of times your ad was clicked on
People Who Registered for More Info: Number of leads generated
When reviewing the above data points, it’s helpful to show the seller what the logical flow of the ad is. Some people see the ad but don’t watch the video, some people watch the video but don’t click the ad, some people watch the video and click the ad but stop there, and some click the video after watching it and register for more information. This data should provide the seller with a pulse on what the market thinks of their listing.
After the seller sees your superior marketing and what you intend on doing over the next 30 days, the report shifts to review the current market and comparables. This section is titled: “Your Local Market”. We then display 3 active listings with photos that are in competition with your seller’s home.
Under that we list some “Recently Sold” homes. The sold homes do not have photos. The “Recently Sold” section displays similar properties in the area that impact the home price of the listing.
Below the “Recently Sold” section, we then attempt to set you apart by showing the seller how your marketing truly is unique!
In this bottom section, we highlight how we are advertising this home to your digital network. Below is a summary of the different parts of the bottom section.
Total Times Your Home was Shown to Buyers
How many times the home was shown to buyers on your Ylopo home search site
Number of Buyers we sent your property to
How often this listing was emailed out in a listing alert to leads in your database
Buyers who engaged with your property
The number of leads interested in this property, as indicated either by them clicking the home on your site, or saving it
Buyers Shopping for a Home Like Yours on a Site I’m Marketing to
The number of buyers that are in your database who are shopping for a home similar to this one
