Ylopo allows Realtor clients to add a Lender partner to their Ylopo account to share up to 50% of the total license cost. This partnership is a fantastic way to get important Lender messaging in front of leads.
If you are interested in adding a new Lender partner or are one yourself, please email support@ylopo.com.
Lender partner's information and ad units are featured on both on the Realtor's Home Search Site and the Branded site:
- In the "Finance" Tab
- On the Listing Detail pages
All text for each of these areas is completely partner-generated.

Note about RESPA:
Ylopo is not part of the settlement statement nor are we in any way involved in the closing of an escrow so we are not governed by RESPA.
Real estate agents, lenders, title, escrow, etc. are all part of the settlement and therefore you are all governed by RESPA. We always strongly suggest that you do not have your lenders pay for more than 50% of your monthly spend with Ylopo and that you make sure that they have equal access to the system, the data, and that they have their brand advertised on your branded site, in the BAM boxes, etc. so they are paying to advertise on your site but ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure that you are compliant.
It’s also very important that you don’t “steer” your client to any one lender and that you make sure to let them know that they have many options that they are encouraged to shop on their own. Just because your lender might be paying to advertise on and get a lot of exposure on your site and system doesn’t mean that you should be steering them to use that particular lender.
YLOPO is not qualified to give you any legal advice in this area so you need to consult your own (or your brokerage) RESPA attorney and they are the only ones who can give you advice. It is your decision whether or not to allow your lender (or anyone else) to become your advertising partner on Ylopo.
