LionDesk allows for both "round robin" and "first-to-claim" lead distribution on a source by source basis! First, go to Settings, then to the Lead Distribution and Team Settings tab. In New Liondesk the Setting tab is on the far right under your name.
On the left side, select your lead source from the dropdown menu and create a "new routing" or click the pencil icon on an existing routing. We will set up a Ylopo routing for you so that Ylopo leads will automatically receive our drip campaigns.
If you click "Edit" on an existing lead distribution rule, you can change the associated drip campaign, and set either an "Individual" or "Team Rollout" routing type. By default, we set up your Ylopo lead routing to "Team Rollout", so that it's easy for you to add new team members later on, but you can always adjust this.
To add or remove a team member from an existing Team, just click "Invite Team Member" or "Remove".
You can also click to "Create New Team",
Once your Team is created, you'll want to update the Lead Distribution rules for that Team. Select the Team in the upper right dropdown menu, and for each team member, you can select "Forced Auto-Claim" (round robin) or Must Claim Lead (first-to-claim.)
Be sure to enable email and text notifications for each team member, and then click the "Update Lead Distribution Rules" button. If you want each team member to see the others' leads, please turn ON Team Sharing as well.
