We want your leads to be able to reach out to you while they're actively searching for homes, so we've released our Facebook Messenger chat widget to help you connect more! We've chosen to use the Facebook Messenger widget, because, unlike other chat options, the lead doesn't need to provide any information for you to chat back to them, even if you're unavailable, and the messages will be delivered to your own Facebook page. In addition, you and any other page admins or moderators you have will be notified via a Facebook notification on your account, and you can enable push notifications for incoming chats on your phone with the Facebook Pages Manager app! Apple Store | Google Play
When a lead first clicks on the chat bubble, they'll see a message from you:
If you'd like to customize this message, please just email support@ylopo.com. You must limit the message to 80 characters or less.
We hope to add an auto-reply and other features in the near future, but for now, when a lead chats with you, you'll be able to see it and respond from your Page Settings, just click the Inbox tab:
