Facebook Leads Integration and Ylopo

Follow Up Boss has a direct Facebook Leads Integration, so if you're running your own Facebook ads, you're able to import those leads into Follow Up Boss quickly and easily! 

What does this mean for Ylopo users?

For users who don't run Facebook ads, or who have a Ylopo-owned Facebook page for their ads, there's nothing to change.

If you've opted to connect your own Facebook Business Page to Ylopo ads, and you activate this integration for that page, Follow Up Boss will no longer recognize leads we generate for you as Ylopo leads. If this happens, you'll notice that new leads will no longer have a Ylopo Stars link, will not be filtered via your lead filtration preferences, and other issues. 

If you notice this happening, you'll need to disconnect this page from the Facebook integration in Follow Up Boss. To do that, you'll click on the Admin tab in FUB, and then open Integrations and click on Facebook:

Once there, you'll need to disconnect the integration, then reconnect, once you've selected a new Facebook page to use for your own ads.
