Nudge Texts |

What are these? | These are a collection of texts to maximize lead engagement IMMEDIATELY after they are generated or within the first week or two afterwards. The goal of these texts is to provoke a response and get a conversation going with a lead while you are still "top of mind". | |
How do you use them? | Nudge texts should be used either within 24 hours (as quickly as 15 mins within when a lead first comes in) and up to 1-2 weeks after the lead is first generated. We recommend choosing 3-4 nudge texts to input into your system and sequence the labels (nudge 1, nudge 2, nudge 3) based on how you would like your team to send these out. You can play around with the timing of sending out nudge texts but a high level recommendation might be: within 24 hours, 3rd day, 7th day, 10th day. | |

Drip Texts |

What are these? | These texts are a collection of the "best hits" from clients with the express purpose of getting leads to engage with you who have either NEVER responded to you, or have STOPPED responding to you after initial engagement. | |
How do you use them? | Since the majority of these drip responses are listing-related, our recommendation is to only choose 4-5 to input into your FUB account to use with leads. Our recommendation is to start dripping on leads who have NOT responded to you once a week for 4-5 weeks using these drip texts. When importing these templates into FUB, it is best to CHANGE the label numbers (ex. Text 1, 2, 3) to reflect the order that you would want these to be texted out by your team. NOTE: If you are planning to use NUDGE texts in addition to Drip texts, then our recommendation is to focus on using nudge texts in the first 1-2 weeks of working with leads and use drip texts for leads AFTER the first 1-2 weeks of using nudge texts. | |
