Here is a brief overview of your Ylopo Home Search Site:
The initial screen that your leads will see when landing on your Home Search Site will look similar to this example:
When clicking on the menu icon located in the top right corner, your leads will be presented with a dropdown menu that contains a few options.
The first of these options, is the Home Search section.
Clicking on this option redirects your leads to a list of homes for sale in their area.
Clicking on the filter icon near the top right opens a menu that allows your lead to narrow their home search criteria.
In this filter menu, your lead has the ability to add certain desired features which narrows their search and presents them with homes that they might be interested in.
Clicking on the drive icon allows the lead to save their search filters and even register to receive alerts for new listings pertaining to their search criteria.
Returning to the home page, your leads have the option to create an account for your home search site.
Here is where your client enters their information, which is then transported to your CRM account.
Similarly, existing leads with previously created accounts can log into your home search site by clicking on the Login option.
Here is where your client can login to return to their recent searches and updated listings for their saved searches.
The search bar, located in the middle of the home page, allows your lead to input a specific area and search for listings.
This directs them to a list of homes similar to the Home Search option, however the listings are for their specified city.
Lastly, the footer of your Home Search Site contains important information that enhances your leads home search experience.
