How It Works:
- AI Voice Determines Call Outcome:
- Wrong Number: The campaign pauses and a [Bad_Phone] tag is added to the lead’s FUB profile.
- Disconnected Number: The campaign continues, but we tag the lead with the [Bad_Phone] tag to alert you that an updated number is needed.
- FUB Widget Notification:
- “Updated Phone Number Needed.” appended to the AI Voice status
- Updating the Lead’s Phone Number:
- Utilize a FUB Action Plan initiated off of the [Bad_Phone] tag to direct leads to your Home Search Site (HSS) via email campaigns.
- Agents can also manually update your lead’s phone number in Stars by de-selecting the Bad Phone check box or updating the Phone field.
- When the phone number is updated on your HSS or in Stars, the [Bad_Phone] tag is removed, a [New_Number] tag is added, and AI Voice resumes calls automatically.
- Seamless Continuation:
- Once the new number is provided, AI Voice picks up where it left off, ensuring no lost opportunities and continuous outreach to the lead.
