How to Create a 3D Property Tour Video

We can turn any of your listings with just photos into 3D tours! The 3D Tour option is integrated within the existing platform, with a similar user interface to DyVA.

Go to https://stars.ylopo.com/dashboard/ and log in with your Ylopo credentials.

Click on the Marketing tab at the top.

Scroll down to the Current Campaigns section, where Listing Rockets should be highlighted in green. Be sure that 3D Tour is selected.

The Launch tab will show listings we've picked up from your MLS for ad creation. To create a 3D Tour Listing Rocket from the listing, click the set of glasses icon on the right.

You may also click Create Listing Rocket and see 3D Tour from the drop-down.

That will bring up the window below, where you can select the settings for the ad.

• First, select the Ad Objective between “Exposure” or “Leads" 
• Then Select Music. You can sample the music that will go on with the ad.
• Update the Agent Details.

The Budget Per Video for a 3D Property Tour Video is $95 including the rendering costs. Hence, the maximum refund amount for any unspent ad budget is $45.

The ads will run for 30 days or until the listing goes pending, whichever comes first. You can create seller marketing reports with these ads, and can also download the video for use in other marketing, just like with standard DyVA.

3D Tour is also available in your DyVa quick launch videos. So you can launch either a DyVa or a 3D Tour from that email directly (see example email below) and it'll go straight to the screen shown above.
