How to Integrate FUB and Zoodealio in Zapier

Matt Croteau has created a Zapier Integration for Follow Up Boss and Zoodealio and shared it with everyone to use. If you'd like to copy this integration you may follow the steps on the video below and make sure to secure your own Zapier account, log in to your Follow Up Boss, and lastly have your Zoodealio Username and Password handy.

Note:

This integration is available for Follow Up Boss and Zoodealio license owners, and it only needs to be integrated into the OWNER account. Once it is integrated, the automation will be applied when a tag is added to the FUB profile of the lead, give it 1-2 mins and it should generate a Zoodelio link with the cash offer details in FUB's custom field. This link will be viewable to everyone including your leads and agent, and they may use it towards their presentation by saving a PDF file of the offer.

Instructions:

1. Sign in to your Zapier account, if you don't have one yet you may sign up for a Zapier account.
2. Once you're signed in or have signed up an account, you may Initiate the integration using this link https://zapier.com/shared/fub-to-zoodealio/26d1b22813f0cd4f407ffdc646fc252576cb3d0e and click the “Try This Zap button”
3. You’ll automatically get to copy the automation created by Matt Croteau. Since this will be your first time setting it up, please prepare the following credentials and I highlighted how to set it up step by step in the video below. 
   1. Prepare your Follow-Up Boss, sign in, and make sure you're logged in as the OWNER of the account. 
      1. Create an API Key
      2. Create a tag: GetCashOffer
      3. Create a custom field: Zoodealio Link
   2. Prepare your Zoodelio credentials and make sure you're logged in as the Brokerage Admin of the Zoodealio account.
