Overview of Ylopo Cash Offer Lead Generation

This video provides an overview of the Cash Offer Lead Generation for the beta group.

In this video, you'll see:

• What cash offer leads look like in FUB
• Ylopo's recommended process for getting the lead a cash offer

Please note:  at this stage in beta, there is not an integration with Zoodealio.  The lead's information will need to be manually entered into Zoodealio to generate a cash offer.

Cash Offer Lead Generation

We're not just advertising on Google search, we are also showing your ads on Google Display and YouTube. The ad on the left side is an example of an image you'll see on Google Display and the one on the right is an example of a YouTube video.

Once the lead clicks on an ad, it will direct them to your website.

Scroll down to see more information. Click "Get Your Cash Offer" and it will scroll to the top of the page to enter the address.

Type in the address. The address must be properly formatted. Click View Your Offer. 

Fill in the information. Email will be verified.

Choose between verifying by text message or phone call.

After clicking Get Your Offer, additional questions will be asked. In this example, we'll select Selling my home fast.

Select whether to sell as fast as possible or simply just cash offers.

A lead will see this thank you page once they are done and a lead will go right to your CRM with a YLOPO_CASH_OFFER tag. 

In Follow Up Boss, you'll see all the information that the lead entered into the form.

To provide the cash offer for the lead, their information will need to be manually entered into Zoodealio.
