When you have AI Voice, you will want a way to identify which leads have completed the call cadence. The action plan AI-Ylopo Call Center Calls Completed helps you track this by adding the “AI Ylopo Call Center Calls Completed” tag on the 90th day to indicate that the call center cadence is complete.
This is the default action plan we select for your AI Voice-enabled sources but if you prefer to keep using one of your current action plans, there is a way to do that and still allow FUB to tag AI Voice leads on their 90th day.
1. Go to Admin > Action Plans > All Action Plans, and find the action plan you want to use. Duplicate the action plan and rename it by adding something like “- for AI Voice” at the end to help you identify that this is the copy meant for your AI Voice lead sources.
Do not change the original action plan because you might have applied it to other non-AI Voice lead sources.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “+Add Step”.
3. Look for the step that is set to happen after the 90th day. In the example below, it’s Step 7 which happens on Day 115.
4. Drag the new step you created and place it right above the step that’s set to happen after the 90th day.
5. Set the step to run on the 90th Day (get the time difference between the previous step and Day 90), select “Add tag(s)” for Action and add the tag named “AI Ylopo Call Center Calls Completed”.
6. Hit “Save”. Then go to Lead Flow and apply this action plan to your AI Voice-enabled lead sources.
