With kvCore, you will need to send a CSV export of the leads you want to import into Ylopo. After logging into kvCore select the Smart CRM menu and the All Contacts tab. The first step is to filter the leads from your database to import. Selecting the Filters button opens the Filters menu with the option to filter by assigned users, contact details, behavior, and property interest. Leads must have an email address to import into Ylopo, so this is a filter you could add.
Once you have filtered your leads, it is time to select for import. You can select each lead by clicking the check box in front of the name. To add all the leads in your current search instead, select the check box at the top of the list, as shown below.
After you have completed selecting your leads for import, click the More Actions button and choose Export Contacts.
An Export Contacts menu will populate. This menu will detail how many contacts you have selected for your export. There are several export fields you can include when creating your export. These are the different columns. To add, select the Column button and toggle on that option. Lastly, add the email you want to send the export.
