Wise Agent: How to Filter Leads and Find Stars

You can start with the Contacts menu. Sort the leads from your contact list using the Advanced Filter option to the right. There are several ways to filter your Ylopo leads in the filter. Under the filter Category, you can filter for the Ylopo tags. Additionally, you can use the Source to sort by Ylopo. You can see both examples displayed in the image below.

There is the option to sort by all leads with a Ylopo Stars Link using the Custom Clients Field. Doing this is an excellent way to locate all Ylopo leads.

Selecting the name from the list of contacts displays that individual leads record. In the contact records are the lead's personal information and outreach details. Directly below the lead details are the Categories. Remember that categories are the same as tags in other CRMS. Within the contact are different sections available to add to each summary. To add these sections, click on the name in the Menu to the left. 

Custom Fields contain the Ylopo Stars Link. This is not a field you can click. Instead, you will want to copy the URL and open it in a new tab. 

Alternatively, the Stars Link will be available in the Notes. Here this will be a link. This link does not open in a new tab.

Notes will contain all registration information and priority lead activity.
