Wise Agent: How to export leads for a Mass Lead Import

With Wise Agent, you will need to send a CSV export of the leads you want to import into Ylopo. 

To begin, select the Contacts menu. In the Contacts menu drop-down, then select Import/Export.

Because we are using the leads from your database, go to Export on the right side and click on the Wise Agent image. 

Filter the leads you want to import through the available options below. 

After filtering down your database of leads to import, you can select leads to add in the following ways.

1. You can select all leads to import using the checkbox next to Name. 
2. You can add each individually. Use the checkboxes before the lead's name. 

Additionally, when creating your export, you have the option to include the notes.

3. Select the check box to include the notes in your export.

When ready, select the Export Selected button. 

You will receive the option to open or save the file. We recommend saving the file to your desktop to make it easier to locate.
